
For our newest WTF (Walking Through Fellowship) Hike, we recommend good hiking shoes/boots, sunscreen and a love for wide open alpine space for this moderately difficult (T2) hike to the gipfel of Schnebelhorn (1292 m), the highest point in canton Zurich.

Features: Fantastic views from the Schnebelhorn include the striking Säntis (2502 m) to the east, the majestic Grosser Mythen (1898 m) to the southwest.
Route: 14 km loop from Steg im Tösstal to Schnebelhorn and back to Steg.
Difficulty: T2: moderate. 800 meter elevation ascent/descent
Cost: Free. Pay own travel costs to-from meeting and end points
Weather: Rain or shine – there’s no bad weather, just bring the right gear
Meeting pt: From Winterthur BH with Marika (09:00) or parking lot in Steg with Joel (10:00)
End point: Finish where you began in Steg or Winterthur
Lunch: Bring your own food, drinks and a burning desire for fun and fellowship
